In-da-couch: this strain has a more sedative effect and is best used to help insomnia and anxiety.
Indica’s can be used to treat pain, inflammation, loss of appetite, and can also help with stress relief.
What about Hybrids?
Hybrids are a combination of Sativa and Indica producing a balanced result.
What does Full Spectrum Mean?
During the extraction process in making oils and tinctures, the cannabinoids are isolated and removed. Full-spectrum products contain the full range of cannabinoids plus some making it more effective. It is the least processed form of CBD and contains trace amounts of THC (less than 0.3%).

This is all about trial and error. The best advice I heard was to take it slow. Always use caution when trying something new and take note of how it makes you feel. Some things to remember:
Use creams and lotions sparingly at first.
Oils typically come in 1 milligram per drop- so start with one and wait it out. Increase dose one drop at a time or as directed by your physician.
Gummies can come in 5 or 10 milligrams per gummy. Start with taking the lowest dose and wait about 30 minutes for it to get into your system before taking more.
Vaping can be sketchy at best. Doses all depends on how much you inhale and the concentration of the vape cartridge or hemp bud.
